Venezuelan-born Pedro Eustache has become the first-call World-woodwind soloist ’de facto’ for the recording studio scene in L.A.  His latest CD is exuberantly uplifting!

Pedro is featured on countless movie soundtracks including: Steven Spielberg’s ‘Munich,’ Mel Gibson’s ‘The Passion of the Christ,’ and ’Transformers’ from Paramount Pictures.

In 2007 he won the Film & TV Music Award for Best Instrumental Performance by a Soloist in a Film or Television Score category for his work on Hans Zimmer’s score for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.’

Bird’s first private violin teacher in Salt Lake City saw his early potential. She brought the magic of music to life and taught him to play with passion. Bird attended Arizona State University on music scholarship, and later transferred to Champagne/ Urbana, IL where he studied classical violin with renowned Hungarian violinist Paul Roland at the University of Illinois. As he worked to develop his own music style and a large and loyal following, Bird went wherever the music called him, which led him away from classical and towards Bluegrass, Appalachian, Folk and Celtic. During his years in the Midwest, Bird won the Indiana State Fiddle Contest four times while still perfecting a variety of musical styles.

Bird returned to Arizona in 1986 and was quickly hired by Glen Campbell to tour worldwide for six years. In 1991, he moved to Nashville and also toured with Loretta Lynn, Tom T. Hall, Ray Price, Louise Mandrell, Clay Walker, and others. His dream to record and perform using the violin as a lead instrument – completely contrary to the Nashville view of the fiddle as a backup or side-musician instrument -began in 2001. The result was a fusion of both his Scottish (Clan Kennedy) and Native American (Southern Paiute) roots that are uniquely his own and intricately woven throughout his songs. Bird has released 19 CDs and two DVDs, earning him numerous music awards. In 2009, he took home top honors for Best Instrumental Album and Best Producer/ Engineer (with Grammy-winning producer Tom Wasinger and Nashville engineer Chas Williams) at the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards for Tribal Music Suite: Journey of a Paiute.

In 2007, he was voted Artist of the Year by his fans and peers at the Native American Music Awards. Bird led with six nominations at the 2010 Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards, and took home honors for Best Traditional Instrumental.

His continuously evolving music is delighting audiences worldwide. His most recent album, Celtic Nation released in September 2011, is a fusion of traditional cultural music, with an edgier rock feel and a stronger, more soulful sound.

Tired of playing pots, pans and a ukulele during his childhood in Fort Knox, Kentucky, David began formal piano training at age six. Under the influence of Michel Legrand, Bob James, Claus Ogerman and Quincy Jones, Diggs polished his arranging and producing talents, which were eventually featured on projects by Pat & Debby Boone, Irene Cara, Richie Furay, The Brothers Johnson, Jonathan Butler, as well as David’s own albums. David’s album Streetshadows was a top ten entry on BILLBOARD’S Jazz Album Chart for 26 weeks. To this list of musical credits, David has added television programs, including The Tonite Show and Midnite Special, Better Homes & Gardens’ 90-minute Television special, and feature films, including American International Pictures’ California Dreamin’.

He has produced/arranged several Grammy-nominated albums including the music for “Finally Captured” by comedian Jonathan Winters.

After years of singing in churches and coffee houses, Frederico stumbled upon a former assistant stage director from the Met, Ken Smith. Smith worked with Frederico to train his voice from a commercial crooner into an accomplished tenor. The intensive vocal training by the likes of Smith and renowned vocal teachers Vera Rosa (London) and Met singing legend Jerome “Jerry” Hines (New Jersey) transformed Frederico to the level of the professional tenor he is today. Said Jerome Hines; one of the most storied singers and performers at the Metropolitan opera . . . “Signore Frederico’s voice is not of this world …” Although Frederico humbly considers himself to simply be a commercial/crossover “pop singer” the fact is he possesses a versatile ability which is capable of adapting his prodigious, quasi-operatic voice (which he calls ‘going stratospheric’) in performing the great Neapolitan love songs and Italian Arias as well as contemporary love songs. In his newly released CD, Cardella’s voice seems to fit well wherever it goes –whether within the confines of a pop melody or a classical piece – he possesses exceptional control over his vocal range in both arenas. In his rousing rendition of Nessun Dorma, Frederico gives us his own inspiring interpretation. His piano forte voice in the passagio is smooth luxurious and yet the “squealo” high notes at the end of the song are big, dramatic and operatically muscular (especially the high B natural on the word ‘vincero’) and sound reminiscent of many of the great tenors.
