In 1973 the U.S. Supreme Court voted in favor of legalizing abortion at any time during a woman’s nine-month pregnancy.  It was also decided at that time that legal personhood does not exist prenatally, therefore the pre-born human being is not entitled to legal protection, unlike the eagles egg – the destruction of which costs $5,000 in an American courtroom.  This album is dedicated to the kids who never got a fighting chance.
